Le Pescatore is a long-standing fine-seafood restaurant on the sand at Trou aux Biches, cooking the day’s catch with French technique and a Creole accent.
Open since 1990, it occupies a breezy Creole veranda — white walls, black-and-white tiles, turquoise accents — set close enough to the lagoon that the water becomes part of the room. The kitchen follows the pêche du jour, so the lobster, crab and reef fish are never older than the morning, and the cellar runs more ambitious than the easy veranda mood lets on.
