The eating is the property’s signature. Ai Fiori, on the second floor, plates Michelin-starred Italian and French Riviera cooking from Michael White’s group, and is the reason a lot of New Yorkers come up the Langham’s lift in the first place. The pasta course alone is worth the booking; the bar service is the right register for a quiet first drink.
