CÉ LA VI Dubai does not do shy. Set on the 54th floor of Address Sky View, the restaurant looks straight towards the Burj Khalifa and the famous sky-bridge infinity pool, making it one of those Dubai addresses where the view arrives before the menu.
The Michelin Guide confirms the height and hotel setting; the original Luxa Terra source fills in the plant-forward reason to go. From Sunday to Thursday, the restaurant has served a set vegetarian lunch menu with dishes such as burrata salad, roasted tomato veloute, mushroom tagliatelle, black-truffle sushi rice risotto, butternut-squash miso yaki and a miso-caramel vanilla mousse.
That combination is very Dubai in the best way: cinematic setting, international polish and a willingness to make vegetarian dining feel like the main event rather than a polite accommodation. The kitchen’s broader style leans contemporary Asian and global, so this is not a vegan canteen in heels. It is a high-gloss restaurant where plant-forward ordering can still feel properly celebratory.
Book for daylight if you want architecture and city lines; book for evening if you want the full glittering theatre. Either way, this is the rare skyline restaurant where the vegetarian lunch earns more attention than the photo angle. Though, admittedly, the photo angle is not suffering.
