SEVA
Dubai wellness villa with yoga, treatments, an ethical shop and SEVA Table, a 100% plant-based garden cafe in Jumeirah 1.
SEVA is one of Dubai’s more distinctive plant-forward addresses because lunch is only part of the proposition. In Jumeirah 1, the villa brings together yoga, meditation, holistic treatments, an ethical shop and SEVA Table, its plant-based cafe set in a garden.
The source copy calls it a spirituality destination, and the current official site does not exactly disagree. SEVA describes itself as a holistic wellness centre with classes, private treatments, SEVA Stories for consciously sourced products, and SEVA Table as the Middle East’s first 100% plant-based cafe. Its FAQ adds that the cafe is plant-based, vegan, gluten-, cane sugar-, GMO- and plastic-free.
The risk with places like this is earnest overload. SEVA mostly earns its place by being specific: a real address, a shaded outdoor setting, a food programme and a broader wellness ecosystem that lets travellers pair a plant-based meal with a class, treatment or quiet browse.
Come for breakfast, a garden lunch or a reset between Dubai’s louder pleasures. The city does scale and spectacle brilliantly; SEVA offers the counterpoint. Still curated, naturally. This is Dubai, not a monastery.
