The Peninsula Paris occupies the sort of building that makes arriving feel slightly ceremonial. This is not the city’s quietest hotel, nor its most discreet. The ethical-luxury angle is softer here, resting more on considered service, walkable city access and a hospitality group with public sustainability commitments than on overt eco-signalling.
